Our Policy
Eligibility Window: You may return or exchange unopened and unused fragrance products within 7 days from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all packaging intact, and the tamper-evident seal unbroken.
Proof of Purchase: All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email for online purchases).
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons and the integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used fragrances.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or as part of a promotional offer may be subject to specific return conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
For Online Purchases:
Contact Us: Please email our customer service team at sales@sadadperfumes.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Secure Packaging: Please carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include the Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sadad Perfumes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Assistance: Our sales associates will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange, ensuring compliance with our policy.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at sales@sadadperfumes.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photographs. We will promptly assist you with a resolution.
